If you are not satisfied with your product, does not fit, is not what you were expecting, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately @ 407.850.8025 or email us at info@guayaberaculture.com. - GuayaberaCulture.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 15 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment (if made before 14 days of purchase, after 14 days of purchase and before 30 days of your purchase you may be eligible for an online credit for the same amount paid and taxes).
- All products must be returned in its original packaging, tags, and all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. Retain the return tracking number for your records.
We are not responsible for lost packages that are not received at our warehouse.
RETURN PROCESSING
Refunds for items returned within 14 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your Paypal account.
Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
